ABOUT VAEYI · NANJING, CHINA
Fiber Preparation Is Our Focus.
We supply fiber strippers, cleavers, and fusion splicers for field installation, cable assembly, and specialty fiber work.
Based in Nanjing, China, VAEYI works with customers on a specific question: which tool is right for this fiber and this job? An everyday FTTH installation and a polarization-maintaining fiber assembly call for different equipment. We keep those differences at the center of the conversation.

WHAT WE DO
Stripping, Cleaving,
and Fusion Splicing
Our main product lines cover the steps that prepare optical fiber for a connection. We help customers compare equipment based on the fiber they use and the results they need.
01 / Fiber Stripping
Stripping is not the same job for every fiber. We address manual cold stripping for standard fiber, thermal stripping for ribbon fiber, and more demanding coating-removal requirements for specialty and laser fibers.
02 / Fiber Cleaving
A cleaver needs to match both the fiber and the required end face. Our focus includes everyday FTTH preparation, tighter cleave-angle requirements, ribbon fiber, and specialty fiber sizes.
03 / Fusion Splicing
Splicer selection starts with the fibers being joined. Fiber holders, alignment method, and preparation tools all need to suit the job. Compatibility must be checked for the specific model and fiber.

THE APPLICATIONS WE FOCUS ON
What Fiber Are You Working With?
Most of our equipment discussions fall into four areas. Each has its own requirements for coating removal, fiber handling, and end-face quality.
Everyday Fiber Preparation
For standard single-fiber work, the priorities are straightforward: affordable tools, simple handling, and consistent preparation for the next splice or termination.
Ribbon Preparation
MPO cable assembly requires careful preparation across the ribbon. Thermal stripping, compatible holders, and ribbon cleaving need to be considered together.
Small, Sensitive Fibers
Polarization-maintaining and other specialty fibers need careful handling during stripping and cleaving. Fiber dimensions, coating material, and clamping requirements guide equipment selection.
Larger Fiber Diameters
Large-diameter fibers used in laser applications require a closer look at heating, holders, and cleaving capacity. We ask for the fiber specifications before discussing a suitable setup.
Please list core, cladding, and coating diameters separately. A fiber datasheet and your required results help us avoid assumptions.
WORKING WITH US
Tell Us About the Job.
You do not need to know the model number before contacting us. Start with your fiber and what you need to do. Here is the information that helps us narrow down the options.
Send the Fiber Specs
Send the datasheet, coating material, and fiber dimensions. Let us know whether you are working with single fiber or ribbon.
Describe the Result
Tell us the stripping length, cleave-angle requirement, and any limits on fiber damage. Include where and how the tool will be used.
Check the Equipment
Review the model, holders, and accessories with us. If sample testing is needed, we can discuss the scope before you place an order.
Review the Quote
Check the equipment, included accessories, documentation, and delivery details in the quotation so you know what you are ordering.
EQUIPMENT DETAILS
Know What You Are Ordering.
A model name alone does not tell you whether a tool will work with your fiber. Before ordering, review the setup, specifications, and any testing requirements with us.
ConfigurationCheck which holders and accessories are included and whether they suit your fiber.
Technical informationAsk for the specifications and operating information for the model you are considering.
Acceptance criteriaTell us how you will check the result. Agree on any required tests or supporting records before ordering.
