Can I evaluate a sample first?
Ask us about sample availability for the model or custom configuration you need. Sample costs, lead times, and evaluation requirements are confirmed separately.
Can I become an exclusive distributor?
Exclusivity is not included automatically. Any territory, sales commitments, and other conditions would need to be discussed and agreed separately.
How are warranty and after-sales support handled?
Confirm the applicable warranty terms, service responsibilities, and support arrangements with us before ordering. These should be clear for both your business and your customers.
Can you change a product’s functions?
Yes, we accept functional customization requests. We first review the requirements and technical feasibility, then discuss development costs, testing, and the schedule.
