Our Own Factory.
VAEYI manufactures its product range in its own factory, including fiber stripping tools, fiber cleavers, and fusion splicers.
These three product lines are the core of our business. Our other tools, instruments, and accessories are also made in-house. When you contact VAEYI, you are talking directly with the manufacturer.
WHAT WE MANUFACTURE
Tools for Stripping, Cleaving,
and Splicing.
Different fibers call for different equipment. Our main product lines address coating removal, end-face preparation, and fiber joining.
Fiber Stripping Tools
We manufacture tools for coating removal, from economical cold stripping to thermal stripping applications. Selection depends on the coating, fiber dimensions, and the amount of material to be removed.
Fiber Cleavers
We manufacture cleaving tools for fiber end-face preparation. The fiber diameter, single-fiber or ribbon format, and required cleave angle determine which model and holder to consider.
Fusion Splicers
We manufacture fusion splicers for joining optical fibers. Check the fiber types, alignment requirements, and holder compatibility against the specifications of the selected model.

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
Agree on What Needs to Be Checked.
A useful quality discussion starts with the result you need. The points below are application requirements to review with us, not a claim that every model is tested to the same standard.
After Stripping
Specify the removal length, acceptable coating residue, and limits on fiber surface damage. Include the coating material and fiber dimensions.
After Cleaving
Specify the cleave-angle requirement and acceptable end-face condition. For ribbon fiber, include the fiber count and ribbon construction.
For Splicing
Identify the fibers being joined, the required alignment, and your acceptance criteria. Ask which checks and records are available for the selected model.
Any sample evaluation, test method, acceptance limits, or inspection records should be agreed before ordering.
